My life
It began when I was four. I was already in conversation with God and receiving visits from spirit, long before I had words for what that meant. I learned early that this path required courage.
Life offered its challenges, but they became teachers. When I realized I was the one holding the pen, I chose to stop living a story written by fear and began writing one shaped by awareness, resilience, and faith.
home life
When I’m home, I’m rarely still. I love listening to audiobooks while cleaning or folding laundry, turning everyday tasks into something that feeds my mind as much as it clears my space. My morning and evening skincare routines are non-negotiable and part of my daily ritual, a simple way to slow down and stay grounded.
Meditation plays a bigger role in my life than most people realize. It’s not about being quiet or “zen,” but about training the mind, creating clarity, and becoming the most grounded version of yourself. It’s a foundation that supports everything I do.
Movement matters. Working out is a must, including walking at least two miles, five times a week. From spring through fall, mornings often begin on my porch with coffee in hand and a long chat with my best friend before the day truly begins.
When I’m not seeing clients, my home office is where I create, paint angels, and write my book. My dogs are usually nearby, supervising, napping, or reminding me to take a break. Home is where I do my best thinking, my deepest creating, and my most meaningful work.
advice for life
Build a life that feels good to live, not just one that looks good from the outside. Do what you love, or at least make room for it often. Smile more. Laugh daily. Hug the people you care about and take the pictures, even on the ordinary days.
Travel when you can, especially in ways that restore your mind, body, and soul. Create a self-care routine that actually supports you, then stick to it. Treat people with kindness, and spend your time with those who genuinely love you.
Let go of negativity and hatred. They weigh you down and steal more than they give. Stay open to what you cannot see, remain curious, and trust your inner knowing. Be genuine. Be yourself. And above all, be grateful, always.
